  • Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • We do not store your card or payment details.
  • Prices for courses and events are listed on the website and may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Course Access & Validity

  • Access to purchased courses is provided as per the plan mentioned at the time of purchase (e.g., lifetime access / limited duration).
  • We reserve the right to update course content at any time.

5. Event Registration

  • Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation via email.
  • Event access details (link, timing, etc.) will be shared before the event.

6. Physical / On-Premise Events

For events that require physical attendance at a specified venue:

  • Participants are responsible for arranging and bearing all associated costs, including but not limited to:
    • Travel expenses
    • Accommodation
    • Food and personal expenses
  • TEJAS PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for any such costs incurred by the participant.
  • Participants are required to reach the venue at their own convenience and adhere to the event schedule communicated.

7. Refund & Cancellation

  • All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
  • Please review it carefully before making any purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, materials, text, graphics) is the property of TEJAS PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Share or distribute course content illegally
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
