Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing our courses or registering for events, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a course is purchased or an event is booked, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Courses (Recorded / Online Courses)

  • All course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Users are advised to review course details, curriculum, and pricing carefully before making a purchase.

3. Paid Events / Webinars

  • Registration fees for paid events are non-refundable.
  • If a user is unable to attend the event, no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the rare case that an event or course is cancelled by TEJAS PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Users may be offered:
    • Rescheduling to another session, or
    • Access to similar content
  • If the user does not wish to opt for rescheduling or similar content, they may request a full refund.
  • Such refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of duplicate or multiple payments for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
  • We strongly encourage users to review all details before making a payment.

7. Additional Note for Physical Events

  • For events requiring physical attendance, all travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • No reimbursement will be provided under any circumstances.
