2. Course Access Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, users will receive access to the purchased course:
    • Instantly, or
    • Within [12 working hours] of payment confirmation
  • Access details will be provided via:

    • User dashboard on the website

3. Event Registration Delivery

  • After successful registration (paid or free), users will receive:
    • Confirmation email
    • Event details (date, time, access link)
  • Event access links (e.g., webinar links) may be shared:
    • Immediately after registration, or
    • Prior to the event start time

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation message/email will be sent to the user.

5. Delays in Delivery

In rare cases, there may be delays due to:

  • Payment verification delays
  • Server or system downtime
